Mahesh has held senior roles across energy, renewables, subsea robotics, telecommunications and industrial digitalisation, working with several global operators in a variety of sectors.

At heart, he is an engineer and a technologist – curious, hands-on and driven by solving complex problems. Over time, that technical foundation evolved into leading high-growth portfolios, turning around underperforming businesses, scaling autonomous robotics divisions, modernising digital architectures and helping secure multi-million-pound order books and acquisitions. His work has spanned start-ups, SMEs and multinational organisations, consistently focused on building strong teams, clear strategies and commercially viable technology roadmaps.

Beyond business, Mahesh is a strong advocate for STEM education and actively supports initiatives that encourage young people into engineering and technology careers.
